Privacy Policy

Insomniac Agents is an independently operated software product, based in Australia. This policy explains what we collect, why, and who we share it with. You can reach us any time at reid@allegianttechnology.net.

• Account details: name, email, and password (hashed — we never see it in plain text).
• What you tell your agent: the business brief you write, company name, industry, and country.
• What the agent produces: research, documents, site content, task history, and chat messages with your agent.
• Billing details: handled directly by Stripe — we store your subscription status and plan, not your card number.
• Usage data: pages visited, actions taken, and basic device/browser info, for keeping the product working and secure.

• To run your agent: your brief and company details are sent to our AI providers so the agent can research, write, and build your site.
• To deploy your site: your generated site is published and hosted on Vercel under our infrastructure accounts.
• To bill you: subscription and usage data is shared with Stripe to process payments.
• To notify you: night-shift completions and account activity trigger in-app and email notifications.
• To improve the product: aggregated, de-identified usage patterns help us fix what's broken.

We don't sell your data. We share it with the providers that make the product work:

• AI model providers, to generate research, documents, and site copy from your brief.
• Vercel, to host and deploy your generated site.
• Stripe, to process subscription payments.
• Our email delivery provider, to send transactional and notification emails.

Each of these processes data only as needed to provide their part of the service, under their own privacy and security commitments.

We keep your account and company data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete your personal data and company records within 30 days, except where we're required to retain billing records for tax or legal purposes.

You can access, correct, export, or delete your data from Settings, or by emailing us. If you're in the EU/UK or elsewhere with statutory data-protection rights, those rights apply to you in full — contact us and we'll act on the request.

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and remember your theme preference. We don't use third-party advertising cookies.

Passwords are hashed, traffic is encrypted in transit, and access to production data is limited to the team members who need it to operate the service.

Insomniac Agents isn't directed at anyone under 16, and we don't knowingly collect data from children.

We're based in Australia and our infrastructure providers operate globally, which means your data may be processed outside your home country. We rely on our providers' own safeguards for cross-border transfers.

We'll post updates here with a new "last updated" date, and email account owners about material changes.
